I lost 1/2 size and 1 width. 12C to 11.5B. But I had to loose 110 lbs to see that much difference. Still a size 12 shoe in the real world.

Because of the fact that you loose weight in a proportionate manner, then yes your feet do get smaller. But as was mentioned already, they get slimmer not shorter.

I guess so but I don't really know cause i've never tried to loose weight. In fact I don't need to loose weight. I weigh 104!!!!!

I had lost 40 pounds. I did notice that shoes felt a little bigger than they were.
