I think a lot of people feel that way from time to time! I have felt that way when I was having anxiety or depression. It is kind of an detach feeling, or a feeling of unreality. If you are feeling this way often than you might want to talk to your doctor!

When I feel like that, I write poetry. It may not be evry good poetry, but it helps me to get my thoughts out, and I feel so much better. This may help you. Or try speaking into a dictaphone - you don't have to listent o it afterwards, write a simple diary entry (my friend does that), or if you play an instrument, go and improvise.

If you are serious about this Will you need to see a specialist as soon as possible.
I assume you know this is not a normal. And that is putting it mildly.

to the second part of your ?, yes. the first half makes no sense. WE ARE HUMAN. wether that is good or bad, we cant get out of this life until we die. which is scary. livings scary, dying is scary, were screwed.

you may be suffereing from depersonalization
however, this may be due to depression or anxiety. essentially...both subscribe to the symptom of unmotivation which can lead to you feeling this way..
you may wish to consult a doctor...
