It can take up to 5 months to show depending on your build / weight / frame. Don't worry, any problems will be picked up by your health visitor / midwife.

Buy a book which details each month of your pregnancy, there are loads out there which detail the size of the baby, usual symptoms, advice and guides to help you prepare.

Good luck, I sincerely hope all goes well.

Alot of women don't show until four or five months. If this is your first child, it might take you even longer. Your stomach muscles are still tight and intent on holding that baby belly in. Don't worry, you'll start to show soon enough. Also, not showing does not mean there is anything wrong with the baby, remember, your baby even at four months, is only about four inches long. You have plenty of room in your body to hide something that small. Keep eating healthy and gaining weight at a constant speed. You will show before you know it.

Most women do not start showing until 4 to 5 months pregnant. I have a friend who look like 4 months when she was eight months. So don't worry. You are going to be a great mom- already worrying about things. Good luck and congratulations.

When I was pregnant with my first child, I actually lost five pounds in the first trimester due to morning sickness. By the time I was twenty-one weeks, I had only gained seven pounds. Some people just don't gain a lot of weight in their pregnancy (in the beginning at least). By the time I had my son, I was huge and uncomfortable. Give it time...your weight will come, and 'normal' will be the last thing on your mind.

Let's put it this way. I was five months pregnant when I got married. Nobody at the wedding knew but me, my now ex-husband, and our parents. I was not showing at all. I'm sure they figured it out four months later.
With my second son, I started showing right away.
You're three months pregnant..your baby is only about 3-4 inches long, if that. Count yourself lucky for as long as you can. You are going to start getting big before you know it.

I've only just started to show and I've just turned 24 weeks. Everyone is different. If you're carrying weight, then it could take longer to show.

Rest assured, that although you're not getting bigger, your baby is growing at a phenomenal rate! Just be grateful you can still fit into your clothes!

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

You'll look like you just have a "bit of a belly" for about 4 months then eventually it'll seem like its getting bigger everyday....also, baby changes position in thewomb so one day you might look big then the next you'll look like your bumps shrunk again....make the most of being slim hun cos it won't be for much longer!!! You'll be "blooming" in no time at all...congratulations and have a hapy pregnancy!! X
