If you have some cooking oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper and any of the following meat: pork, beef, or chicken (any cuts)...

Put the meat with the vinegar, garlic (diced or crushed) and pepper with water half of the amount of vinegar. Boil uncovered, then cover in medium heat until meat is cooked. Drain the juice but save it, add the cooking oil and fry the meat until it is brown (usually about three minutes). Add some soy sauce and fry for another minute or so. Add some of the juice back (half is good) and heat/boil for another five minutes. Serve. It goes well with steamed rice but served with some bread is a knock-out too.

i'm making vege curry with luncheon meat & peas stir fried with dark soy sauce & chilli. u could just make fried rice. cook some rice enough for u. fry some chopped onion & garlic, a little chili for some kick & soy sauce. then add in some chopped sausages or left over chicken piece. toss together & add in the cooked rice. mix all & break in 1 egg & stir it all. season with salt & pepper to taste. it does not take more than 30 minute if u have all the ingredients ready. cheers =)

When I have to cook for just myself I usually cook something easy like eggs & toast. But soup & salad sounds good, too. Especially grilled chesse w/tomato soup and a small side salad.....

Cajun chicken Caesar salad. 1. cook a chicken breast in butter with some Cajun spice on it. 2. cut it up. 3. throw it on top of some lettuce. 4. put some Caesar dressing on it. 5. enjoy.
