My girl lives in France and I moved from the States to try a new life out here in Paris. I'll be flying back to the states to be with my freinds and family for the summertime. I'm sure I'll have alot of run in's with people I haven't seen since I left 9 months ago. I plan on coming back to Paris. Whats the appropriate way for me to act when people say "you moved overseas for a girl" or "oh, your whooped". Merci

It's so romantic that you think so much of this woman that you're biggest concern is that you think your friends will consider you....what was it?.."whooped"...that although you crossed an ocean to be with her the opinion of your juvenile friends now weighs heavy on your juvenile mind.
So....stay here with your friends. All of you get together, get drunk and then head to the nearest Marine Corps recruiting office.
Better yet...go back to France and live with the rest of the wimps. Send the girl stateside. She doesn't deserve a loser like you.
