I have been drinking coffee since I could reach the cups. I still drink about a 12 cup pot a day myself. I'm 5'9" so there goes the ' stunt your growth' theory. My children have also drank coffee most their lives. She's 5'9", he's 6'2". Also having been a nurse for many years. The only concern I'd watch for is too much caffeine affecting the heart rate. Otherwise, enjoy it!
