You can stop voluntarily cracking your bones, like I had a bad problem with my ankles. I was always cracking them and as a result they would crack on their own. It was really annoying but I was able to kick it off and now I'm fine. But continued voluntary cracking may lead to arthritis down the road which can hurt really bad depending on how bad it is.

Your bones crack a lot bc of your joints hitting together. It's nothing to worry about just try to avoid cracking them.

I have the same problem. My knees, ankles, hips, back, etc. My doctor told me that it was normal for some people to lose lubrication in their joints. He told me to take a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement. It took about a month of taking it a couple times a day, but I did notice a big improvement!

Do you mean your joints cuz mine do it to and it's normal. But if your bones are cracking then that's serious. Oh and if your still growing right now that could be why.

I like CyndiLou's answer! LOL! See a doctor, as it could be early signs of arthritis. And use plenty of WD40! LOL!

See a doctor. Sometimes it is harmless, sometimes it is not. See a doctor.

Have you tried WD-40 or maybe some Vitamin E and exercise.

Make sure you have fat in your diet everyday. Olive oil, butter, etc. It helps lubricate your joints.
