Be prepared for a very long wait for a DD puppy - only 70 were registered in the UK last year. They are one of the most vulnerable native breeds and breeders are trying hard to promote the breed to the public. Your best bet is to contact the Breed Club and ask to be referred onto breeders. You will then have to join the breeders waiting list - you could be waiting upto a couple of years. The DD is a wonderful wee breed and will be well worth the wait.

The contact info for the Breed Clubs is:

Caledonian Dandie Dinmont Terrier Club Sec. Mr Derry. Tel No: 01977 644347
Dandie Dinmont Terrier Club Sec. Mrs J Corless. Tel No: 01524 409440
Southern Dandie Dinmont Terrier Club Sec. Mrs J Munson. Tel No: 01202 874540

Good Luck finding your puppy.

The Kennel Club have a puppy sales register where you can find a KC registered breeder and also look for one that is near to where you live.
