what are some obvious signs that someone is smoking or snorting crank and tweeking?

They usually don't want to go to bed at normal hours, they drop weight really fast and sometimes talk incessantly. They're not interested in the things they used to do and last but not least, you find them in the dumpster. LOL!

Definately lying. Irritable, mood swings, sores on face and arms(long term), A general bad attitude. Gritting teeth, and rotting teeth. Weight loss.

I think that generally just their whole personality changes and they don't seem like the same person anymore
