i need 2 call 2 lancaster england, i have a international cell phone, but i dont know how 2 call a home number... what do i dial?!?!?!

What you can do is get to ordinary grocery store and ask for a calling card. What you do is dial the are code (ex. (212) then the number (example 215-1564)

An international call from USA to Lancaster, UK is dialed as such: 011+44+1524+local telephone #.

cheapest get phone card or find out a 1017 long distance server AT&T Sprint well know ones cost a lot but maybe england less then 10 cents min. after you find out what service you want to use dial 011 thats international long distance. then 44 for england then your phone number including the england area code

01144then the city code then the phone number. you will do well to get a calling card from wal-mart i use to all the time.i now have a international rate for 7 cents a min on my house phone.

011- 44 - city code -local number

NOTE that most UK city codes begin with a "0", which is not always necessary when dialling internationally. You may, or may not, have to include it, it seems to depend on your phone company
