Till you move in together. that was the real test for me. I had the same question in mind with my boyfriend but, after we moved in together, yes the infatuation stopped but then the real love began. Four years later I love him more than i ever have. Good luck to ya. You sound smarter than most 17 year olds. you will figure it out.

ur calling it "any" and u had sex so no ur not in love. Passion only lasts for 3 years. And lust doesn't mean horny. But lust is less then a year. It's not going to last, so be careful. How long had u liked her before u dated?

definite. I actual have accomplished the two, had lust become love, and had love that grew to the place I lusted after them as nicely. there are various varieties of affection that don't contain lust. many human beings discover that they fall in love with somebody who does not bodily turn them on. yet over the years they might strengthen to relish the different person bodily additionally. And it particularly works any incorrect way as nicely, although no longer just about as oftentimes

Infatuation can last to about 3 years. For some people it is over that.

Hi,
Hard question. I have no idea. But the fact you have been with this one girl for this duration leads me to beleive its more than just lust. In my opinion, if it was simply lust, the relationship would have already dimenished.
Good Luck

I can say...
Without lust there is no love...
If you don't want sex with the girl...
or the possibility to sex with the girl...
why don't u go love your parents more?
Or why don't you love a guy huh?
Love... is just a noble lie of lust~

The only answer I have for you is actually a question. Can you see yourself with her when she gets old and isn't as pretty, and willing to stick by her no matter what happens to her? If you can answer yes to these then it isn't infatuation.

it all depends on how close you two are. if you really like this girl, and she likes you a lot too, and you two have sex because it was an intimate moment, then it aint lust.
