Well, cleansing magical jewelry with salt and water removes negative energy. But I'm not sure if it actually removes a spell or not.
Of course, you can't really put a spell on jewelry. You can infuse it with personal energy for protection and such, in which case, I'm pretty sure you could cleanse it and reuse it for something else.

yes or if its silver its proof against magik already and curses or blessing wont hold on it the same with cast iron or wrought iron its proof against magik and can not be cursed or blessed also to clean bad majik off of any item lay it in a pile of salt and let it resty there for a day and a night
