GENERALLY SPEAKING
if you have problems with your nerves heart and other coffeine related problems then ...decaffeinated is much better....

if you love coffee and drink 5 cups per day then ....decaffeinated is again much better....

if you drink 1-2 coffees a day the normal is much better..is actually good for you.

its all a matter of usage.

I agree with you completely. Diet sodas cause cancer too, or so they think. Give up one thing, you get another. Drink water, it's better for you. The body doesn't need caffeine. If you eat a proper diet and a good amount of water, then your matabolism will take care of itself and you will always have good energy. I have found that the ups and downs of caffeine addiction really suck. I have more constant energy and good feeling when I follow a proper diet, drink lots of water and lay off the caffeine.

What's the point in having coffee without a caffeine hit? I like my caffeine, and yes you are quite right it is better to have regular coffee.

No form of coffee is good for you. The chemicals in coffee can wreak havoc on your well-being. Best bet is to not drink any at all.

They did a little thing about decaffeinated coffee on my local news station. They were saying that it really isn't very good for you. I honestly don't remember why they said it wasn't good for you. But they did say it.

Not matter what you drink you are going to die, so relax and enjoy your coffee prime and proper - enough kids slave to make that coffee for you - so just drink it up good.

yep, bingo, you're spot on. The chemicals used are seriously nasty, & are worse than the caffeine.
