At 67 I am not going to grow up for a looooooooong time...
BUT.........you keep on with your dream...you can be whatever you want.....
You don't have to be rich to buy a ranch...buy your ground and camp on it till you can afford to build.....
You will appreciate it SO much more as you worked it from the ground up............good luck
