You may request to have youre record expunged in some states if you have been crime free for four years.

It will depend on the state, the charge, and if it was a state charge or county/city ordnance. Also what type offense.
Most alcohol violations are reported as are most drug of offenses.
A breach of the peace in which no violent crime and many other factors.
You can request your criminal history and see for your-self.
