Its a good thing! You really should go b4 and after sex - otherwise you can risk getting UTI (Urinary track infection).

If your a female it's a VERY GOOD THING! It will keep you from getting a urinary tract infection (which, believe me) is VERY painful! If your a male, you have nothing to worry about.

first it is natural especially when sex take long time,second it help prevent UTI cuz it cleans the urethra(urine passage)especially in girls cuz it is short and need to be clean always...

It's good as it cleans you. Bad if you're trying to get pregnant, though, then you should hold it for about an hour.
