an omelet made with eggbeaters (you can add veggies in it like spinach or tomato), whole wheat toast with no butter, and substitute a fruit salad for those carb-heavy potatoes :)

There is often a Fruit Cup on the menu, that would be good. Also most restaurants offer Egg Beaters omelets. I order an Egg Beater Western Omelet without the cheese. Try some whole wheat toast with a little jelly.

2 eggs overeasy, wheat/rye bread salted(no butter), and maybe 2 slices of bacon. Not too extreme for starters. 440 calories more or less
Oatmeal plain with salt & pepper insted of milk and sugar. 300 calories for a double serving (2 cups)
Stay away from sausage, butter, orange juice and white bread for starters. Look for the fruit, low-fat yogurt and veggies.

order low carbs things, you can still have like a slice of toast but substitute fruit for the hash browns(theyre full of fat) and eggs are good maybe just eat one.. but trust me on the fruit thing!

Some fruit or juice and a bowl of branflakes in skim milk. An egg white omelette is fine once in awhile.
