not really, but fish oils (by eating fish) are really good for your hair as well as raw nuts. get lots of sleep. those are the best things to do for your hair.

Some say gelatin will make your hair grow faster. I don't know if that is true.

Being pregnant definitely makes your hair grow faster but pregnancy for hair growth alone is probably not a good idea.

Zevit(or vitamin containing Zinc.Corriander Leaves.Apply castorseed oil massage on head.Any Amla Ayurvedic herbal hair oil (Dabur Amla) massage.(available in Indian shops)

There is a thing called Regain, but I have grave doubts about it's effectiveness.

apparently walnuts have an affect on hair growth. i know a lady whose hair was thinning and when she started eating them, her hair became fuller again. i dont know about making hair grow longer though. maybe protein as that's what hair is anyway!

Id suspect high protein things will boost it but not so much that you go from bald to an afro in 2 days.

I am not sure about foods but i know vitamin e helps hair growth.

Take vitamin D and E , eat lots of gelatin and eat lots of protein .
