ok. um..both these anwers are completely different. Which determines what my response may be.
What should my response be? (in English and Russian please). Background: I really like this guy, but he already broke my heart once and now he sounds like he interested again and I of course am also interested but I don't won't to just give myself up to him, ya know?

It translates to " You know that you are beautiful to me". Depending on the way it is said, it could also be a question like "Did you know that you are beautiful to me?".

Ti = you
Mne = to me
I don't personally know what znayechna means, but I will go along with the first answer.
Similarly - Ti mne ochen' nravisha means that I like you very much.
