I subscribed to a free magazine from Kraft. It is food and family magazine. You can subscribe at kraft.com. There is an online version there too. Also Taste of Home and Cooking for Two are excellent magazines. Big pictures, recipe cards. I have never gotten one of these magazines that I did not "make" several of their ideas. These magazines are publishing recipes made by people all over the USA. Also; allrecipes.com is a great site. type in what ingredient you want to use and it gives you choices. Also if you want to make any particular recipe; type it in and several people tell you how they make it. A lot of 5 star recipes here. Rated by you and I who made them. Happy eating!

My favorite recipe I've tried out so far is for Cannelloni. I'm not an expert cook, but I found the recipe easy to follow. It was just a little time consuming! If you're a fan of pasta and melted cheese, you should definitely try it out! Here is the link for the Cannelloni:

I made both of the sauces from scratch so if you want to try out the recipe, here are the two links I used to make the Besciamella and Marinara sauce.

4 boneless chicken breast
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
6 garlic cloves minced( more if you like garlic)
1/2 bottle of your favorite white wine
E V olive oil

Pre-heat oven to 350. Coat the chicken in egg then bread crumbs fry in butter or EVO until brown and crispy. Put in baking dish. add garlic and wine to fry pan and de-glaze. Pour over chicken and cover with foil. Bake for 45min.

Everyone I have served this to loves it. the sauce is good over mashed potato's too. I have tried baking without the bread crumbs and I don't suggest it.
