Climbing lots of stairs is good for your backside. If nothing else, try working out on a Stairmaster at your local gym.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! If you can, try to go to Curves and get help using their equipment. If you can't get to a place like that, good exercises are squats and a stair climber. Do 3 sets of 10 squats twice a day. To work the inner thighs, spread your legs shoulder width apart and then turn your toes out (like a duck) and squat. For stairs, if you can't get a stair climber go up and down your own steps! Three trips up a regular flight of steps a few times a day is great! You don't say how much you need to lose but if you just want to tighten up those two exercises should make a difference! Good luck and best wishes for a long and happy marriage!! (ps..I'll be celebrating my 25th this sept. I exercise for 20min every morning...at 4:30am!! lol !!)

Squats, sit ups, scissor kicks, stair climbing, crunches, running, etc. You should of tried a little sooner than the last minute. I think starting out this late in the game, a personal trainer every day of the week along with a serious diet would be in order. Add parking the farthest spot, no elevator-use the stairs, drink plenty of water, and leave food on your plate will help too! God bless you!

You need to lose weight, period. You are putting your excess weight where most women do. Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

Exercizes do not target specific areas. As your body burns excess calories, it picks them up from wherever it wants. Exercise WILL firm up muscles UNDER the fat in the areas you want to target, but the fat will still be there until you have burned off most of the fat in your entire body. Also, remember, the fat cells remain in place until you fill them up again.
