14 days before your period. your ovaries produce eggs every month, and during the month, they travel through the fallopian tube. 14 days before your period, they travel to the uterus -- ready and easier to be fertilized. if fertilized, the egg stays in the uterus and starts growing into a fetus.

are you sure you're ready to have a baby? you can't even spell right. it's PREGNANT, and it's EXPLANATION. and there is no "best day of the month" to get pregnant -- it depends on your body.

The best time is right between periods. If you're unsure of when the best time is go to the drug store and get a basic fertility test. It's just like a pregnancy test only with different results (obviously). Check around online for more info. The medical websites give a better explanantion as to what time is best.
