Well you have to ask yourself some questions. How long have you known each other? Do you feel the same way? You have to be sure he's not just saying that and that he really means it. It all really depends on the status of your relationship. If you've been going out for a while, it's possible. But if he's just saying that and you aren't even dating, I'd question it. If all else fails, just straight up ask him!

You can make sure if a guy likes you if he treats you different than all the other girl. Or you can ask him or if he askes you out.

You can tell because of his small details. Is he supportive? Does he call you when he said he will?
Is he interested in your problems, school, etc?
Does he listen to what you have to say?
Do you feel he is happy when he is around you?
If you can answer "Yes" to this questions, he probably has a big crush on you ;-)

you can be sure by asking him what he likes about you such as...your personality.if he only likes you for how you look he is not a keeper .ask yourself ,if he will still love you when your wrinkly and old.if he really likes you he will like you for the positive reasons
