i m feeling better these times as things becoming more positive.. but i just look backward and feel frustrated and shamed of my self of that long time i spent in my negative thoughts..

I totally relate, I spent my late teens and early twenties doing similar things. I would say to make some goals for yourself, realistic ones, and go about achieving them. Remember where you've come from, you've gotten so much better than where you were! That's a huge accomplishment!!! Be proud of yourself for that!!!

I've been in a fog for the past 2 years , but I'm meeting new
people now and I'm feeling much better,don't look to the
past , keep focused on the future

Think of everything that has become positive in your life...don't dwell on things in the past because they are just that, the past!
