Check out a diagram/map if you will of the circulatory system. Then you will see which way blood travels.
Also, you didn't specify whose blood? LOL! If you kill somebody and a drop of their blood gets on your head, it probably won't make it to your brain. Your heart may have second thoughts though. So, I gues it could get there, not physically, but emotionally.

You cant. Im not even positive a scientist or a Doctor could do that- would take some very specialized equipment and a patient really willing to be opened up. Even then Im not sure it would work. I doubt that you have any of that.

i think doctors usually do it by injecting you with a radioactive compound and then use sensors to see how it disperses. i dont think you have the technology to do that in your home though...
