is there any where on the computer I can draw my own plans

There are programs you can buy that help you lay things out.
But if you are planning on building something big (like a house) - you need a real architect or engineer. The building department in most areas requires an architect or an engineer to do the plans or at least review them. It just depends on where you live.

I don't know about that - but I have an architectural CD for computer use - that I will gladly sell, as I have no use fot it.
