Here's what you can do. Get tested at your local health department or at a doctor's office for sexually transmitted diseases and to see if you are pregnant or not. Get a prescription for birth control pills or some other form of contraception, even if you swear you aren't going to have sex again, because you don't know what might happen (since it happened before). Or, at least carry a condom with you just in case. As far as your parents go, they don't have to know, so don't be scared, and just do what you need to do to stay healthy. Your religion is important to you, but you're not the only one that has ever done that, so ask for forgiveness from your God and move on with your life.

it is possible to surgically get a new hymen (the "virginity") in a hospital. In scandinavia this costs about $1700 and in 2005 10 women had this operation done. (sorry I didn't find any link about this in english)

It is also possible to get a fishes bladder and fill it with blood, when the man insert his penis, it will tear and it looks like your hymen breaks. This I have only read about and I have no idea if it works.

Best way is to have sex without penetrantion if you are still a virgin. And to educate people about hymens and that they can breake from other thigns than penetration and that some are bourn without them at all.

And you can't become a virgin again if you just stop having sex for a couple of years. hymens doesn't grow out again by it selfe.

There is nothing you can do but move on. Ask forgivness for your sin. Be honest about it if you fall in love with someone...if she loves you than she will understand and may relate to it. I am a Christian and am a virgin. I hope to stay that way until I get married, I am sure I would feel pretty bad if I ruined that. Good Luck!

OK, if ur a girl, then it is believed that if u dont have sexs for more a year or two then ur cervix closes and u become a virgin again... and this only happens wen u stop having sexs altogather... so i suggest if ur that scared abt getting caught then u, Stop having sexs.... and all ur problems will be gone in another 2 years...

As for breaking the hymen, that happens to lots of women before they lose thier virginity. It can happen because of just being athletic. As for telling your husband, that choice is yours to make. He can't know if you don't tell him.
