I was checking my bank account statement online and there were charges that I never made. Should I open another bank account? I already filed a complaint with Experian. I'm worried.

You should let your bank know immediately. They can tell you if it's your debit card or check or ATM. Whatever it is, they need to cancel that and give you a new one. They should also give you a credit for the amount if you can convince them it was not by you. The bank and you can determine if you need a new account or not.

ok this happened to me last year. call your local credit bureau and tell them what happened. call the police to make a report. take that report and go to your bank and they will reverse all charges, open a new account, and get to the bottom of it. also alert social security because they could have your ss number. dont forget to call all the place charges were made and let them know and ask them what you should do.

Immediately contact your bank and denounce these mysterious charges and ask you be given another checking account and close the old one completely.

If you feel these are fraudelent charges made, your local police department might be interested in looking at who made them. I'd call them too. Have handy any documentation for their investigation.

I was a victim myself in the past and I did what you did and notify the three credit reporting agencies. Next, I would definitely close that account and open another one.
