we both work in a fine dining kitchen. Its very hard to find this sort of woman. One who can throw down with scars on her hands, and burns on her arms. But she is also very girly. very beautiful. she is from france. moved here to be a chef. I moved here to be a chef. (california) we have the same goals, and may go into a small catering buisness together. I just started at the restaurant where she works less than a month ago. Im not currently looking for some earth shattering soul-mate love ****. im looking to have fun. But you never know you know? what is the best plan of action.

Never get your dessert where you get your bread and butter.

(Translation: Do not date people you work with).

You said that you are not looking for a soul-mate but you never know, and that you just want to have fun and if something happens it will happen. Well women are always thinking of the long run and if that's something that your not sure of i would just let it go and let her make the first move. If things don't work out is going to be hard for the business you have planned with her.

Be there for her in every way you can and if she's interested her actions will let you know. Once you get the go ask her out and take it from there.

Well, you need to dial up attraction in her. Do this by flirting like hell and teasing her in a funny way. The best way to really go about it is to say this, "Hey, you seem pretty fun. Let's get together for a cup of coffee and make FRIENDS." Then, during the course of coffee talk about making friends, how you like them as a friend, etc. This makes her think, "Am I not attractive enough for him?" "Does he like me as a friend or a romantic way?" Then, just as the conversation is peaking say you have to leave and take off. This leaves her craving for more time with you, and that's where you want her. Always have the upper hand, always. Seem aloof and unmoved by her beauty unlike every other guy is. The less you try, the more success you will have.

No great solution - just advice. Be very careful with work relationships. Many bad things can happen - Human Resources issues, bad break-ups, not wanting to work in the same place, claims of favoritism, rumors, etc. If it works, great. If it doesn't, your career could suffer.

it's really not a good idea to date the people you work with, but if you really think you can handle it, ask her out on a date and take her to a nice restaurant, see if you think the relationship should go further after that.

If both of you are currently unattached, then why not court her. Take her out. See if you click. But if your goal is to just have fun, golly, you're shallow man!
