I dont think so but I herd that a litter can be fathered by more then one male. But I dont think one puppy can.

however litter of 5 could have up to 5 fathers

No. Sperm doesn't split in two and then combine as one whole sperm.
A dog, cat, human, horse, mule, donkey, bird, fish, koala, mouse, hamster, chinchilla, you get the point....
They can only have one father.

no, one sperm makes a puppy, not two sperm combining, even if she got two different semens from dif dogs, it would be up to chance which sperm reached the egg, but litter can be diff dads tho
