I have had Diabetes for many years and now have become impotent as a result of the complications of the disease. I have tried everything, but nothing seems to help. I am really worried that my marriage is going to fall apart.

Impotence is unfortunately one of the complications of diabetes. What does your doctor say? The bottom line is, you may have to learn to live with it, and that means your spouse will as well. If you have built a solid marriage over the years, you will find ways around this situation.
Good luck to you both.

Have you talked to your doctor? There are several good Erectile Dysfunction medications that are safe to take as a diabetic. Also talk to your wife and explain to her that you still love her. If she feels that she still needs to have her "needs" met by you just remember there is more ways to have intercourse than just penetration. If this is affecting your marriage then you might want to consider marriage counseling.
Definitely talk to your doctor. There are new medications out there that can really help.
Good Luck.
