Walk in and ask, they most likely will have you fill out a application, then come in for the group interview. Be sure to dress the part of a Hollerster shopper, and be ready to discuss fashion and lifestyles. Be bold and go for it.

STORES - FULL TIME

MIT(Manager-In-Training)
The Hollister training program is a comprehensive 90-day plan focused on immersing the trainee in all aspects of running a store. Training is conducted in stores, and is broken down into weekly increments of focus. Each period the trainee will shadow a different member of the management team providing exposure to men's and women's merchandising, campus recruiting, scheduling, and basic principles of management. The store manager will conduct weekly performance assessments. Ideally, progression from this position to store manager should be within 8-10 months. After a successful period of store management various career opportunities include and are not limited to, district management, college recruiting, visual merchandising, and rehab team.
