When Allah comes down himself and punishes us instead of relying on ignorant Muslims to do so.
Why does Allah want to force the world to bend over and smell rear ends for him 5 times a day? Whats up with that mindless stupid disgusting Islamic ritual?

As a whole the answer would be never. Individually, it will happen to those who will choose to be saved when the Spirit of God convicts them of Sin. There will always be hope EXCEPT; if they die in their sin or Judgment day happens and they are still sinners.
