He has accepted Jesus as his savior. He just likes to protest at the funerals of dead soldiers because their death is (according to him) God's wrath for some Americans being gay. Will he go to heaven. He has already done the pre-req for getting in, right?

Some of you guys are kind of hateful. That is not very Christ-like.

if I remember it is not Jerry doing this it is Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church. You are mixed up.
But I didn't understand Fred Phelps as the dead soldiers were Gods wrath for some americans being gay, but God's wrath for the country approving of sodomy in general. God does punish us, for going against him and we should be aware of it. I am not in favor of Freds methods, but God is punishing America. The whole weather situation in the US is changed and God is in control..
Not Jerry, but Fred

Well as a matter of fact, everyone is going to Heaven. It just depends upon what happens when you get there.

Revelation 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Falwell is a very savvy, slick "minister" of popular media. He has a staff that constantly polls public opinion on targeted issues that he addresses. His primary focuses are gaining a large "flock", MONEY/MONEY/MONEY, followed by a politically powerful Rolodex.

Falwell's an alleged (and I use that word succinctly), "man of God", who is as ruthless as any Fortune 500 businessman.

Frankly, given his laughable religious ideologies, it's amazing Falwell has his current political connections. Pray this man never gains political empowerment (talk about a huge state/church conflict there).

Falwell may need legal representation to enter Heaven....and he just may feel he can buy that there!!!

That is up to God and between God and Jerry Falwell. I just gotta make sure I live my life in obedience to God's commandments because I sure don't wanna miss heaven. The alternative makes the Florida temperatures seem nice and cool.

We are not to say. Only God knows his true heart. God looks at the heart, not your works. That doesn't mean that you can do any wrong thing you want to, but if your heart is really for God you can't help but do good things. I honestly don't know what Falwell's problem is, but he is very hateful, not very Christian-like at all. Christ called us to love one another as he loved us, not judge. That's His job, not ours.

Whether or not anyone goes to Heaven is up to god not me.
After all in the book of Revelation there are those that say, but lord lord we prophesied in your name we healed the sick we raised the dead and Jesus said depart form me ye workers of iniquity I never knew you.
That's not exact but you get the point.

If, in the after life, Jerry Farwell gets into heaven?

I'm calling 1-888-GO2-HELL for immediate booking.

Jerry Falwell will be pretty pissed when he dies and realizes his BRAIN has stopped, therefore heaven and hell don't exist. He's a mentally disturbed lunatic SPECK in a world of 6 billion to me. He's nothing.

Jerry Falwell’s god will let him into heaven. The sad thing is Buddha will be kicking his rear end up the ladder. And then Larry Flynt will be there to welcome him into heaven.

I would hope not. Although he has accepted Jesus as his personal savior, i think he fleeces those who listen to him. He has a very close-minded view of religion...
