Cilantro is one of those thing you really, really want to use fresh, but if you have to, use just over a tablespoon of dry cilantro to replace a 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro.

Dried is stronger, so maybe 1/8 or a little more

I never use dry it just isin't the same. Go to the store. Dried is weak

Any time you can use fresh......DO. Dried just isn't the same in flavor. But if you must use dried....I would cut it in 1/2
