It says "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you." Jeremiah1:5
so pre-born is living person in God's eyes.
There are many many laws on what should be done to those who harm a pregnant women and cause her to lose her child.
Intentionally killing on the unborn would go against on the "ten" commandments. Which in hebrew translates "You shall not murder".

There was no practice of abortion in Bible times. Therefore, the Bible never specifically addresses the issue. However, there are numerous teachings in Scripture that make it abundantly clear what God’s view of abortion is. Jeremiah 1:5 tells us that God knows us before He knits us in the womb. Psalm 139:13-16 speaks of God’s active role in our creation and formation in the womb. Exodus 21:22-25 prescribes the same penalty of someone who causes the death of a baby in the womb as the penalty for someone who commits murder. This clearly indicates that God considers a baby in the womb as just as much of a human being as a full-grown adult. For the Christian, abortion is not a matter of a woman’s right to choose. It is a matter of the life or death of a human being made in God’s image (Genesis 1:26-27; 9:6).
The first argument that always arises against the Christian stance on abortion is, “What about cases of rape and/or incest?” As horrible as it would be to become pregnant as a result of rape and/or incest, does that make the murder of a baby the answer? Two wrongs do not make a right. The child who is a result of rape/incest could be given up for adoption to a loving family unable to have children on their own – or the child could be raised by its mother. Again, the baby should not be punished for the evil acts of its father.
The second argument that usually arises against the Christian stance on abortion is, “What about when the life of the mother is at risk?” Honestly, this is the most difficult question to answer on the issue of abortion. First, let’s remember that this situation is the reason behind less than one-tenth of one percent of the abortions done in the world today. Second, let’s remember that God is a God of miracles. He can preserve the life of a mother and a child despite all the medical odds being against it. Ultimately, though, this question can only be decided between a husband, wife, and God. Any couple facing this extremely difficult situation should pray to the Lord for wisdom (James 1:5) as to what He would have them to do.
For those who have had an abortion – the sin of abortion is no less forgivable than any other sin. Through faith in Christ, any and all sins can be forgiven (John 3:16; Romans 8:1; Colossians 1:14).

There is no direct mention of abortion in the bible, many therorize this is because abortion was a non issue at this time. It does however state many times that God made us while inside our mother womb and one reference to being spoken to and named by God while inside his mothers womb. This and the references to looking out for those who cannot look out for themselves is where Christians find thier basis for abortion being wrong. Paul does make mention however that a fetus is not a child until it has a heartbeen which is about 12 days from conception. Others believe it is from the moment of conception.

Back when the Bible was written, women's right wasn't even a faint idea in anyone's head. The evangelists focused on the lives of the men in the gospels and other books, not the women. So nothing in the Bible says anything about a woman's right to choose. However, as Ray said, the Bible does say, "Thou shalt not kill."

It doesn't use the word "abortion" actually, but it is murder. A baby is living individual not a piece of tissue like some people say. It has its own blood and heartbeat a few weeks after conception. In the bible, it says that God created and knew each and everyone before we knew ourselves. In Psalms, it states that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. He knows everything about us and what he wants us to do with the life that he has given us.

The bible say"s anytime you take alive you are a murder. People say that a unborn baby is not alive than how can the baby grow. anytime something is alive it will grow so when you have an abortion you are a murder. I am not trying to judge anyone. For some reason or another you wind up pregnant and you don't want a baby give it up for adoption.

Well abortion is killing something that is alive and breathing, and since killing is a sin in the bible, I'd take a guess and say that the bible doesnt condone abortions.

The Bible does address abortion as directly as it addresses the killing of toddlers. Neither is specifically mentioned, but it is clear that human beings are made with a special dignity as part of their nature. And if our dignity is part of our nature, we have that dignity from the moment we begin to exist. And because it is clear scientifically that there is no essential change in the human organism from conception to natural death, the unborn must also have the same dignity we ourselves have. So, Scripture does directly deal with abortion in the sense that abortion kills an innocent human being, and killing an innocent human being is seriously wrong no matter the stage of development.

Nothing. Though, it has no problem with infanticide
Psalms 137:9
How blessed will be the one who grabs your babies
and smashes them on a rock
And for those who use the theory that it's murder, let's not forget.
Genesis 2:7
The LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
A being is not living until it takes it's first breath, according to the Bible.

Nothing, really, but Im pretty sure some Bible Fascist will interpret somethings to mean that, but literally, it doesnt say a damn thang about it. Not that the majority of people dont condone it, the current brainwashed modern society, look. You have to form your own opinion. Do what you feel is best for you and the bun in the oven. That way, later on, you cant blame anyone else for the decision you made but you. I hate to put it so literally, but life is full of choices, and itd be best if we all started making our own.

The Bible, which was ostensibly all written around 40 or 50 A.D. predated any safe abortion methods and has nothing at all to say on the subject.
