There is a few ways. The key word here in most usages is 'Samishii' or sometimes 'Sabishii' depending on your accent.

Here are some examples

Samishii kunarimasu ka? = Miss me?
寂しいくなりますか

Anata wa watashi ga samishii kunarimashita ka? = Did you miss me?
あなたは私が寂しいくなりましたか

Watashi wa anata ga samishii kunaru. = I miss you
私はあなたが寂しいくなる

I'm not a native speaker so this may not be totally correct. Good luck. And if you want to get really technical, Samishii actually means lonley, but if you use it with kunaru(to become) it means to miss someone.

samishii kunarimasu, ne?
Don't worry about pronouns in Japanese as you usually don't need them & you could easily sound strange, ego-centric or even offensive.
