age is just a number. = who cares. what matters is who you are comfortable with in your life.

I really don't think it should matter if you are 18. You are legally an adult now and should be able to make your decisions. I admit..I would probably not go for someone more than 5-6 years either way in age, but everyone has their preference.

there isn't a particular age I don't think. I use to think there was. but I have found that age is just a number. if you are talking about in a partner, that's really up to you. don't listen to older women for their opinions. they are bitter and I will tell you why. when they were young, they used that goldmine they were sitting on to manipulate boys then men. it worked wanders for them. they got older and older and the goldmine lost it's luster. the only talent they really had disappeared. they tried and tried but couldn't generate much interest. so what did they do, they figured they would attack the problem on another front. in the home, as their daughters grew up, they told them stories of dirty old men, old perverts, men just wanting to use them. well young minds absorbed what mommie told them, I mean who can you trust if you can't trust mommie. as these girls grew up to be young women, they met some of these dirty old men, but they found these men weren't so dirty after all, they might even be fun. but confused by the notion that mommie may have lied to them, they sought out the truth about these creatures mommie called dirty old men. they found that mommie was willing to accept one of these dirty old men creatures for herself, so young woman decided that mommie had double standards. the biggest problem I have with a big age gap is that the female or male that is junior to their partner will be left someday by themself. (unless of course the junior partner secumbs to a disease or something drastic. I also think that people should grow together and when you are at one stage in your life, the senior partner wil be somewhere else. I know people that have made it work with a 20 year gap. there are some that have a much wider gap, some 40 years. it's really up to you , but if you are 18 you don't have enuf life behind you to know what the signs of it working or not working are. so you are taking a chance. good luck.

For an 18 year old, I would say if they have graduated from college, they're too old. You really don't have much in common with someone that much older than you.

Once you're out of college, there is no limit.

For starters, older men just want one thing in younger females, they think your not on there level,so they don't look at you as they would some one there own age. And if a older man really falls for you, ask your self "what is this person lacking" that he can't find someone closer to his age and keep them there!

I think it doesn't matter. Love is chemistry. So, age has nothing to do with that. but if you insist I will tell you that don't choose anyone elder than 30.

18 is still pretty young. I would say between 20-22... no older than that.
