In a large mixing bowl I add these ingredients.
2 Cups water
1 Can beer any kind
1/4 Cup soy sauce low sodium
1 Cup BBQ sauce honey flavor
1/2 Cup maple syrup
1/4 Cup garlic powder
1/4 Cup onion powder
4 Tablespoons Meat tenderizer
Add meat to bowl mix it up good and cover with lid or foil and place in refrigerator overnight. When ready to cook just place meat onto surface and use extra marinated sauce to keep meat from drying out by brushing it over the meat as it cooks.

2 flank steaks * score both sides and cut each flank steak into 4 pieces same size aprox
Marinade:
1 bottle Cattalina dressing
1 cup aprox whorstchire sause
1 dash Garlic powder
* salt and pepper to taste
marinade steaks for about 4 hours minimum in refrigerator in ziplock bag, or tuperware type container, overnight is better
cook on BBQ grill aprox 5 minues each side, or can be cooked on a broiler pan in the oven on broil on the rack that is just below the top rack on most ovens.

I don't use any just a nice rub of ground pepper and garlic while it gets to room temprature about 30 mins...never salt it dries out the meat. If you must marinade then oddly enough I prefer to use hidden valley ranch or Worcestershire

A good marinade for meat (believe it or not) is beer. It's a good tenderizer.
