Yes... stretching is the method by which soreness is relieved.. Not stretching or not enough stretching after a workout is what causes the soreness in the first place..

If you're sore from using your muscles, yes - you should stretch and they'll feel better.

If you're sore because you've pulled a muscle, then no - you need to rest and ice it.
