Women tend to enjoy it more than men. They get to lay there and be cuddled. Men have to fight the woman's hair in their face, try not to pull their hair by laying on it, figure out what to do with their other arm...
It's not sex though. But it can sometimes lead to it or happen after it. And sometimes it leads to it, comes after it, then leads to it again in a few minutes. :D

Spooning is just lying on your side while someone else does the same thing in front or behind you. And one of you has your arm across the other. It's not sex. It's cuddling. It's the greatest!

it is the best cuddling position.... It is when someone is lying on their side with the other person behind them...kind of like two spoons lying together.
