He will be deported, hopefully. If not then he will be in prison for the felony. The citizens yet again paying for an illegal.

The felony will be prosecuted and then he will be deported after the jail time (if proven guilty) or after the trial if innocent of the felony charge.

Either way he will be deported.

depends on the offense, if it's murder, he will goto jail first, then be deported when he is released. If it is a much lesser felony, he may just be deported.
