Ye but it doesn't fell like it at times but I just think back to before I was a Christian and realize everything God, Jesus and the Spirit have done for me

Any christian that believes that Jesus Christ is their savior, and asks forgiveness for theirs sins has the holy spirit living in them, the holy spirit then guides people to do right things, instead of wrong.

yes, even though I lie, cheat , and steal. I feel bad when I do this crap. So I think that is proof I have the Holy Spirit.

Your question revolves around what 'spirit' is.
God's spirit is a force ...moving one to act in a certain way.
So it can't LIVE in anybody.
However, it can influence a person if they let it.
