I bought mine at Sally's Beauty Supply. It doesn't really matter what brand name you buy, as long as, it's ceramic and gets to atleast 300 degrees. They can range in price from $40 and up. Don't think it's better because it costs more. I have used several different kinds and even a professional iron was not as good as the one I have. (Jilbere de Paris)

The brand Chi is the best but expensive; sold at Sally's. Whatever you get, I recommend that it has a built-in comb. It really helps because it combs your hair straight before the heat hits (and holds it straight).

Try sallly's beauty supply. I recommend buying a straightner that has ceramic in it because if you don't it is goin to leave you with damaged hair and you don't want that.

Try Folica.com. Sedu is a nice one, but the exterior gets hot and can burn your fingers. I would try Chi, which is famous for its performance. Whatever you decide, make sure that it is ceramic.
