My sister and I were close growing up. We do get along now, but we don't talk on a regular basis.

How about you? If no siblings, then your parents or extended family?

Our family is very close .. we have a huge family here .. lots of cousins, aunts, uncles - granny's grandpas - you name it we've got it !

My daughter has 2 great great grandparents ..

It's so much fun growing up with a big family. You never get bored, you always have some one to talk to .. and a place to stay if you're in trouble !

We're all so close me, both brothers & 3 other cousins have the same tattoos to show our family pride ... haha ... !

I have 2 older brothers whom I was close with on and off growing up. Both are 6 years older than myself and I think that's enough of a gap to consider they are a lot older and into their own things. As we've grown up into adults we have all had our share of arguments and disagreements but in the end we're family. I can't say Im too terribly close with my brothers but like I said, it's family.. if they needed something I'd be there and likewise, I know if I needed them, they'd be there so that's all that counts. Occasionally I wish we were closer but it works out just fine. I don't talk to them on a regular basis though but what do you consider a regular basis? Once a day? Once a week? Once a month? I talk to my brother's about once a month sometimes more it all depends. My family is definately close during holidays though, I can say.

I have three siblings. My older sister and I are close. My brother is a little younger than me and we were close at a point, but then he started dating and moved away to school. We still see eachother all the time, but we are not as close. My youngest sister doesn't talk to any of us, including our mom. She has relationship issues and we are not supportive of her relationship. We do not interfere, we just would rather not be around him. So she has decided to write us all off and act like we don't exist. :(

I am so close with all my family members...mom,dad, sis , bro, I love them so much we are not living close , we are living so much a part but I call my parents 3-4 times a week and I always chat with my sis and bro.... there is nothing more important for me than my family which also include my husband and non born baby.
I am so thankful for having such a great family and I really hope that one day soon we can all get together that is my Golden dream....

I was really close with my little brother growing up, but when I left the family religion I was kinda outcasted, so I'm not close to him and hardly ever see him.
My sister left the family religion also, and we were close for a while, but she betrayed me so we are kinda distant too. Life can be so dissapointing at times, can't it?
I think about it now and I miss my brother and sister so much, even my own mother doesn't want a relationship with me, unless I go back to this religion.....ahhh I'm at work, and I can't talk about this now, it's making me teary eyed....but yes, I miss them and we are not close anymore.

I love the title Eden. There are alot of Ethan's available in the market. Still a high-quality title. No they don't seem to be too near. YES!! they might be sibling names. The predominant factor is what concerns to you. If you like those names opt for it. I do love to get different critiques as good. I additionally love to reply the inquiries to the youngster names.

My brother and I lived around eachother for 17 years. My mom got sick in Jan of 1990. We learned to lean on eachother quite a bit when she was in the hospital. We were close when we were in our 20s and neither of us were in a serious relationship. Now, we talk occasionally and try to get together once or twice a month.

My sister and I used to not get along at all when I was little. Now we have to talk once a week or I feel very odd. Plus I want to see my beautiful nephew!!!

I used to close to my older sister growing up. But now, we live 1,500 miles apart (I'm in Cali, sister is in Texas), so not as close anymore. Even with friends, once you start living far from each other, the "closeness" slowly dissipates.

No, my siblings and I are not close. My sister is a snotty ***** who believes she is better than everyone. My brother would rather hide his head in the sand rather than face the reality of our upbringing and this has a wedge between us. It is just calmer and less stressful to keep our distances.
