i have a loafpan with a weird insert with handles. Is this for meatloaf?

Yes. The insert will help drain off excess grease from your meatloaf. Recipe: 2 pounds lean hamburger, 2 eggs, seasoned breadcrumbs or oatmeal, catsup. Mix everything up - use your hands!
