you can use it for any kind of meat, like a roast,Ham, Turkey, meatloaf.. it is a very flexible pan and a good asset to your kitchen

Yes. The insert will help drain off excess grease from your meatloaf. Recipe: 2 pounds lean hamburger, 2 eggs, seasoned breadcrumbs or oatmeal, catsup. Mix everything up - use your hands! Pat into place in loafpan; bake @ 350 degrees until done. Absolutely the best w/corn on the cob & smashed taters. Invite me!
