You could go get it straightened. It costs a few hundred bucks, but lasts for like 6 months. Although, now the curls are comming back so I dont know why you would want to change your hair.

Curly hair can be difficult to handle. Ive tried everything, straightening it makes it poofy, and trying to brush it when dry makes it even worse.

!.) Wash it with a really good shampoo and conditioner that will make your hair smooth (i recommend "Smooth. Sleek" by "Matrix")
2.) use a wide tooth comb while still quite wet and brush out all the snags (i also recommend "smooth. Sleek" smoothing creme, makes the hair less tangely)
3.) scrunch your hair with a towel
4.) use a good mousse (John Freida would probably work well)
5.) blow dry with a diffuser
6.) when dry, tilt your head back and spray with hair spray so that hair is going in a direction away from your face.
7.) strut your stuff and show off your sexy, curly locks

Sounds like you need a good conditioner which smooths the follicles and helps calm things down. Best not to use any harsh chemicals etc as this causes damage. You need a good quality product to use when using straightners so that the hair is protected during this process.

I have very curly hair as well.To keep the curls but flaten a bit i use Dove Curl Defining cream. I also use a straight iron to straighten my hair. However make sure you use a good product with SILK in it or you can burn your hair.

STAY AWAY FROM THE HAIR SRAIGHTENERS. THEY ARE PURE EVIL. DON NOT TRUST THEM. Love your hair. That's the ticket. Love your hair, or just try to make it slightly less curly, instead of straight. Your hair will never be straight. It will be frizzy or puffy or wavy, but not straight. Just learn to deal with it.

there r several different ways you can do this! you could use the irons, but make sure you use the oil to protect your hair! but personally would recommend chemical straitening. as a hairdresser i see a lot of damaged hair caused by straitening using the irons, but by all means use them just protect your hair first also try to blow dry your hair as strait as you can on you own b4 using the straighteners.

It should help but might not do much on its own. try using the frizz-ease shampoo and conditioner as well as the serum. The serum works wonders.
