to get your hair to grow faster you need to get regular trims. this is because when you get split ends your hair will split and break leaving you with frizzy looking ends meaning you will have to get more cut off then you would if you do it about every month. also eating a lot of protien makes your hair shinier and healthier so it will grow better and possibly faster. if that doesnt work try hair extensions, there a little pricey but I love them and it will give your hair more body and shine cause they are gorgeous!!

Get the ends "trimmed" every 4-6 weeks. Like a 1/4 inch off.

don't cry over every lil hair that falls, wash it regularly and if u have a perm make sure u go 2 the hair salon 2 get it perm every 2 months and don't use tight crunches, don't use product that don't go with ur hair if u follow these thing ur hair will grow

When I want to grow my hair out, I keep it pulled back out of my face, usually with barrettes. Otherwise it is driving me nuts and I will get it cut, or worse yet, start "trimming" it myself...Get some pretty hair clips and put it up!!

One way to make your hair get longer faster is to trade your cotton pillowcases for satin. don't trim it... i usually wear my hair up alot.. then after a while i will leave it down and straighten it.. and surprisingly you notice the new length.. try not to colour/bleach it too much/often.. this will dry it out and make it more difficult to grow. deep condition to help repair and keep healthy!
