You can exchange them but you must have the original packaging.
Shipping and handling are extra.

I am assuming you mean like a foreign student exchange? You could ask your child's school if they have any links to this kind of thing OR colleges tend to advertise these.
They're not free as such, as you have to pay for your child to travel to their place of exchange, but then the host family will then provide food, sight seeing, travel & probably essentials (& you will do the same this end).

You have to go to your local police station and ask for form ch112. this form must be filled in and signed in front of a police witness and the children must be present also.
Of course you will need to prove they are legally yours and that they have no serious defects and will not be a danger to other members of the public.
After that you will need to contact a solicitor to defend you.
