My height is 172cm and weight 59kgs-62kgs, am i fit? i want to lose weight.am 20yrs old

Standard "healthy" weight is 100 pounds at 5'0" for women.

After that, you add 5 pounds for every inch, so 135 is actually a "healthy" weight for someone 5'7".

no chart can tell you if you look good. If you think you could stand to lose a few, then hit the gym and reduce your caloric intake.

so you're 5'7" and roughly 135lbs. I'd say from my experience you could lose a few. my g/f is 5'7" but is 110lbs and is what i deem perfect. But she's not athletic. If you are athletic you can still weight that much and be very fit and healthy and sexy.

I'm assuming since you're asking if you're fit you're interested in sports, so base your decision on function. 135lbs is great for a girl weightlifter, but bad for an iceskater.
